Es una mini casa de ensueño. Hermosa y funcional, digamos que es la evolucion de Casa Chunique.

Nuestro nuevo proyecto sigue los ideales de aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales y energias alternativas.

Nombrada en honor a mi madre quien es el origen y nucleo de nuestros principios y sueños.

Casa Sarah contará con habitación con cama queen size y baño propio, una sala/2nda habitacion con sofa y literas, otro baño completo, cocina completa y comedor. Su diseño conbina el milimalismo y aprovechamiento de los elementos. De un diseño circular, al igual que Casa Chunique, es uno que favorese la fluidez de los vientos, permitiendo una sutil circulación de las brisas provinientes de cualquier dirección. Asi mismo una entrada Oeste y una al Este, con ello asegurando el aprovechamos máximo y rendimiento de luz natural. El techo tendra un ligero declive con canales para recoleccion y redistribucion de agua pluvial.

Nuestro sistema de energia solar suministrada por un equipo suficiente soportará luces, ventiladores, refrigerador, insternet satelital, tv y otras comodidades. El terreno donde se edifica Casa Sarah, favorece la construccion de una palapa que contara con un area de asador mesas y hamacas, un area de regaderas y un baño para visitas.

A mitad de Camino entre Casa Chunique y Boca del Álamo sobre las arenas blancas de una playa divina, entre 4 atbloes endemicos y la flora fantastica de Baja California Sur, vivira Casa Sarah.

Casa Sarah estara lista para rentar el 15 de Diciembre de 2025.

La tarifa es de 270 dolares la noche. Renta minima de dos noches.

Incluye 4 equipos de snorkel y 2 kayaks de pesca dobles.

Ocupación maxima de 6 personas.

Is a mini dream house. Beautiful and functional, let’s say it is the evolution of Casa Chunique.

Our new project follows the ideals of taking advantage of natural resources and alternative energies.

Named in honor of my mother who is the origin and core of our principles and dreams.

Casa Sarah will have a room with a queen size bed and its own bathroom, a living room/2nd room with a sofa and bunk beds, another full bathroom, a full kitchen and a dining room. Its design combines milimalism and use of the elements. With a circular design, like Casa Chunique, it is one that favors the fluidity of the winds, allowing a subtle circulation of breezes coming from any direction. Likewise, one entrance to the west and one to the east, ensuring maximum use and performance of natural light. The roof will have a slight slope with channels for collecting and redistributing rainwater.

Our solar energy system will be supplied by sufficient equipment that will support lights, fans, refrigerator, satellite internet, TV and other amenities. The land where Casa Sarah is built favors the construction of a palapa that will have a barbecue area, tables and hammocks, a shower area and a bathroom for visitors.

Halfway between Casa Chunique and Boca del Álamo on the white sands of a divine beach, between 4 endemic protected trees and the fantastic flora of Baja California Sur, Casa Sarah will live.

Casa Sarah will be ready to rent on December 15, 2025.

The rate is 270 dollars a night. Minimum rental of two nights.

Includes 4 snorkel equipment and 2 double fishing kayaks.
